By accessing or using United Defense Tactical's website, services, or visiting our franchise locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
United Defense Tactical provides tactical training services, including but not limited to firearms training, self-defense courses, simulator sessions, and related merchandise and equipment sales, through company-owned and franchised locations.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
-Provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses or making purchases
-Comply with all safety instructions and protocols at our training facilities
-Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
-Maintain the confidentiality of any account information or passwords
-Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Health and Safety Requirements
Participants in our training programs must:
-Be at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a parent/guardian for certain youth programs)
-Sign all required liability waivers and release forms prior to participation
-Disclose any medical conditions that may affect safe participation
-Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during training sessions
Follow all instructor directions and safety protocols
5. Payment and Refunds
Course fees must be paid in advance unless other arrangements have been made. Refund policies vary by location and service type. Generally, cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a refund or credit. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of United Defense Tactical or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our training materials and methodologies are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that tactical training activities involve inherent risks.
8. Limitation of Liability
United Defense Tactical, its officers, employees, and franchisees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold United Defense Tactical and its affiliates, franchisees, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
